On Thursday July 29 MuVIM opens at Valencia the exhibition Gardens of sand. Commercial photography in the Middle East 1859-1905.

A photographic journey from Tunisia to Mecca through the first photographs of landscapes, cities and people of the Middle East in the late nineteenth century.

The exhibition that will travel to Cordoba next year will be open in Valencia until 12 October.
